— Approach and technology
The image is made before the camera.
Gear is a tool, not an argument. Concept, light, staging and crew come first — the question of what we shoot on comes after.
Concept
Every technical decision starts with what the film has to say. Format, look and scope follow from there.
Light and staging
Lighting and framing shape the look far more than the camera body does. That is where most of the preparation goes.
Crew
Each project gets a deliberately chosen crew — matched to concept, scope and budget.
Owned equipment
This gear is permanently in house and available for every project.

Planned
A RED KOMODO-X, Cooke miniS4/i lenses and a Sony FX5 are planned for the next stage. Until then, comparable gear is rented per project when a production calls for it.
Rented per project
Additional gear is rented per project to match concept, look and budget. That can include RED cameras, Cooke lenses and further lighting and grip systems. The project decides the technology, not the other way round.
